Blue Shield of California asked Addis to distinguish it from other health insurers and to help it communicate more effectively and efficiently with its many audiences. As part of an innovative and inclusive brand team, we developed a brand voice and collateral that recognize Blue Shield members as individuals with unique passions, goals, and needs. The architecture we created ensures that this voice is consistent, whether the audience is physicians, employers, patients, or Blue Shield's own employees.
