How the company works with clients and usersAt Addis, each client is assigned to a multi-disciplinary brand team that becomes expert on the brand's essence and develops all expressions of the brand. Because there are no obstacles between our strategists and creatives, our strategic thinking actively informs our design work. We are media agnostic: every point of contact with a customer is equally important. While a client might spend the lion's share of its budget building its brand via advertising or a Web site, we consider all brand expressions together. Even a seemingly insignificant direct mail piece can betray the customer's trust if it does not speak from a consistent voice. Our philosophy—that all good branding work is rooted in insightful analysis and a strong conceptual understanding of each brand and its customers—defines our work. Addis' integrated approach, where we develop brand expressions to work in concert, means that each of our deliverables has more impact. Addis is a founding member of Catenas, a new international professional services network. Catenas includes such standouts as McKenna Group and Prophet Brand Strategy.
