When Discovery Communications wanted to create a new line of Animal Planet products, they looked to our team at Alexander Isley Inc. for help. We established an editorial and visual approach for the lines, producing an innovative and award-winning style guide that shows licensees not only how to implement the program but also how to convey the brand's spirit and sense of fun. As part of our responsibilities in helping launch the line, we worked with Toys "R" Us, naming and developing packaging for over 150 toys. Our contribution to the successful introduction of the Animal Planet program was so valued that we were honored by being named the Toys "R" Us Vendor of the Year. The program was featured in I.D. Magazine and in American Corporate Identity 2002.
