Alexander Isley Inc. was responsible for developing a comprehensive graphic and retail merchandising program for the A/X chain of stores.

We developed designs for boxes, wrapping papers, shopping bags, interior and exterior signs. The work was done in association with the A/X advertising agency Weiss, Whitten, Carroll, Stagliano.

The program was featured in Time magazine, is in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian National Design Museum, and is currently part of the Denver Art Museum's US Design 1975-2000 exhibition, which will soon embark on a national tour.
