Hospital Services Ad Series

The Challenge:
Develop a series of print ads highlighting hospital services, as well as reinforce the community hospital's identity in the midst of growing healthcare service competition within the region.

The Solution:
After reviewing the status of regional competitive healthcare ads and supporting collateral, it was determined that competitive healthcare ads were generally stale, predictable and non-motivating. A perfect opportunity to identify ECH as the regional healthcare service leader. Bachleda Advertising helped isolate three specific services that needed increased marketing focus - plus the need for an additional message on overall hospital services. Using recent patient success stories as the foundation, we designed a series of ads using fresh visual techniques not found in other regional healthcare ads. Each unique ad message was based on a true hospital case -- detailing how ECH services helped improve the patient's life and translating that point into a potential benefit to the reader. As concepted, the campaign was left open-ended and could be applied to other key hospital services in the future as hospital marketing budget allows.
