When the world's largest training consulting firm needed a new corporate identity, Smart Design's process delivered a crisp, elegant solution. We also saw an opportunity to apply our expertise when they showed us their "product": workbooks and manuals used to teach proprietary management processes to corporate clients. Knowing that solid research yields the questions a smart design needs to answer, we took their courses and worked through the manuals ourselves. In the end we delivered an entire portfolio of products, each positioned to meet the needs of distinct user groups that varied by skill level and education. Now all our graphic clients know a smart design isn't defined as a 2D or 3D solution -- it's one that solves a real need, and satisfies its users both physically and emotionally.
